Similar to #449, our codesign certificate is not working anymore.

From what I understood, we need to migrate to managed identities?

your client secret has expired, but we need to move you to managed identities as secrets are deprecated. In a pinch, we can move to a secret to unblock you, but would need to sort out getting your config updated after that
