Hello, this is Vaclav (Stride contributor).

Our repository https://github.com/stride3d/static-analysis isn't able to run one action, which it used to before.

I get this error: The action ndepend/ndepend-action@v2 is not allowed in stride3d/static-analysis because all actions must be from a repository owned by your enterprise, created by GitHub, or verified in the GitHub Marketplace. https://github.com/stride3d/static-analysis/actions/runs/17520477413

I believe, "enterprise" here means .NET Foundation if I am correct.

We could probably add the ndpend action here (see the 1st screenshot), but we can't edit it (checked by our admins) because it is also controlled by enterprise (If I am correct).

Please, could you suggest how can I run ndepend action in our repository with the new restrictions in place? Last time we could run it, was 4 months ago (2nd screenshot or link https://github.com/stride3d/static-analysis/actions).

Hmm - not sure. We haven't changed anything config wise. I verified that Stride is a member of the .NET Foundation enterprise. We may need to ask the Github folks because I'm not sure what have blocked this

my user (chrissfanos) doesn't have perms to that settings page in your repo. If you grant me perms, maybe I will?

Done, you can try. I was assuming that .NET Foundation admins are like super admins and can access our repos. Please, have a look in your convenience.

I can't either and I don't see a warning/etc message telling me who DOES have permission to change that. But I have an idea that I wanna investigate tomorrow
