OK it might be a good idea to make it clear that the general public are not permitted to start discussions there, I spent ten minutes scouring the page and searching the web to try to understand what was goin on, but anyway...

@The-Futurist This discussion belongs on the dotnet/runtime repository, where STJ is maintained. This repository is for discussion/issues/etc. for the release of the SDK as a whole (which includes runtime, roslyn, aspnetcore, and other frameworks).
