Problem:
The device pairs with Homey but shows as "Unknown Zigbee Device" and cannot be used.
Clusters and endpoints do not appear in Developer Tools after pairing.
Steps tried:
Removed and re-paired in Developer Mode
Checked Developer Tools Zigbee page
Device responds to ping, but no capabilities shown
