duckherder extension download issue

I tried in multiple platforms like linux, windows and Mac also, it shows the same error.
HTTP Error:
Failed to download extension "duckherder" at URL "http://community-extensions.duckdb.org/v1.4.2/osx_arm64/duckherder.duckdb_extension.gz" (HTTP 404)

Candidate extensions: "ducklake", "motherduck", "autocomplete", "iceberg", "tpch"

I think I disabled macos platform here temporarily due to some issues. Will work on that.

If you don't mind, maybe we could close the issue and move discussion to repo issue?

And FYI: this extension is currently experimental and definitely not for production usage.
