REST Catalog Azure support #528
Description
If you connect to a REST catalog using the extension, you can read tables in S3 via credential vending. When you try to do so for Azure, you get:
AzureBlobStorageFileSystem open file 'abfss://<PATH>.avro' failed with code'NoAuthenticationInformation', Reason Phrase: 'Server failed to authenticate the request. Please refer to the information in the www-authenticate header.', Message: ''
