[CONTRIBUTION] Add Fluid Lending & Borrowing Models to Lending Schema

Description:

I propose adding models to the lending schema to capture detailed transaction data from Fluid's lending and borrowing activities. This includes:

• Supply Transactions: Deposits made by users into the lending protocol.
• Borrow Transactions: Loans taken by users against their collateral.
• Flashloan Transactions:
• Supply Scaled Transactions

These models will be integrated into the following tables:

• supply
• borrow
• flashloans
• info
• supply_scaled

Benefits to the Community:

Fluid is currently the 8th largest DeFi protocol by Total Value Locked (TVL), with over $2 billion in assets. Despite its significant presence, detailed transaction-level data is not yet available for analytics and reporting. By adding these models, we can enable:

• Enhanced Analytics: Track and analyze lending and borrowing activities at a granular level.
• Improved Reporting: Generate detailed reports on user behavior and protocol performance.
• Community Insights: Provide the community with tools to better understand and interact with the Fluid ecosystem.
