Enrich TrustedIssuerRegistry #5397
Description
Feature Request
Currently the TrustedIssuerRegistry is just a registry where we can store TrustedIssuer and can be configured via Java Api or TrustedIssuerConfigurationExtension.
We should make that more dynamic and add operation like :
removequery
to allow extensions to dynamically manage trusted issuer

e.g., DPF, CI, build, transfer, etc.
