Create a conformance test suite for custom extension.
Detailed information
While iceoryx2 is quite extensible, it is currently not possible to test the extensions out of tree. A mechanism shall be provided to make it possible to write out-of-tree extension and run the conformance tests on them.

- port existing tests to conformance test suite
