iceoryx2 relies on iceoryx when using the c++ interface. However, due to network issues, iceoryx needs to be downloaded and decompressed. I'd like to ask how to use the offline version of iceoryx to implement compilation in iceoryx2.

@1511563371 we are currently working on removing this dependency. The major blocker was that classic iceoryx was licensed under Apache 2.0 and iceoryx2 uses Apache 2.0 or MIT. This is now resolved. Give us a couple more days and the dependency should be completely removed.
