Various issues with channel triggering

The following issues have to be addressed when both channels are using triggering and are not in tracking mode nor coupled:

1. When list is running on one channel, changing trigger mode (e.g. from LIST to FIXed) on the second one will stop list execution on other channel
2. When lists are running on both channel, disabling just one channel output will affect both channels
3. Confirmation of list editing on one channel will stop list execution on other channel
