App icon is missing

**Describe the bug**
The app icon was previously removed because it was loaded from a corrupted base 64 string. It needs to be restored some other way.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Run the game

**Expected behavior**
The windows have the FrEee icon.

**Actual behavior**
The windows have a generic icon.
