1. FPM released a bug fix in 1.17 chore(fpm): updating fpm to 1.17.0  electron-builder-binaries#79
2. Library import paths were not fully defined fix: resolving library import paths with RUBY_HOME and RUBYLIB electron-builder-binaries#82
3. mac FPM artifact needs codesigning fix(fpm): codesign to prevent process killed on macos electron-builder-binaries#97
