EA uses ESS Community repo as source for ESS Pro versions #145

Describe the bug
Element Admin deployed by the ESS Pro Helm charts uses the ESS community GitHub repo as source for ESS Pro versions. Resulting in incorrect update notifications when the ESS Community has a newer version than ESS Pro.
I imagine this check will also fail if you're in an airgapped environment?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Access Element Admin from an ESS Pro deployment.
Expected behavior
Element Admin to only show available ESS Pro versions.
