add parameters for specify config file

is there a way to specify config file to use ?
It's easier than use a hardcoded config like %HOME/.config/.....

Like -C --config /path/to/config.yml

Currently there is no way to use another config file than the default one. However you can select different cluster in this configuration using PVECONTROL_CLUSTER env as well as the -c and --cluster flags.

We will try to add flags to select another config file as well as an env variable in the next version. Thanks for your suggestion!

We will implement the following:

• cli parameter -C --config to specify a specific configuration file path
• PVECONTROL_CONFIG environment variable to do the same.

So you will have the choice to do what you prefer.

Yes ! It's awesome, thank you for your work.

The goal, is for easy "tooling" share between users. Each one use their home, but when doing actions, must change to a specific user (like the ansible user) and go in a directory where tools/scripts and lot of stuff are located and gited.

And when managing few clusters/customers, it's more secure to have on cfg file per platforms instead one with all (like ansible inventory).
