Links are not highlighted in the Sepia theme

General Summary

When browsing documentation in Sepia theme, links are not highlighted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://dev.enso.org/docs/enso/getting-enso.html
2. Switch theme to Sepia
3. Notice the links are not highlighted anymore

Expected Result

The links should be highlighted so the reader knows they can be clicked.

Actual Result

There is barely any indication that a piece of text is a link when browsing in Sepia mode.
