Click Dragging from the the plus button should act the same as click dragging from the output port.

So the behaviour should be:

• Click the plus button adds a new component in default location (as today)
• Click drag the plus button to empty space adds a component in that location (as today)
• Click drag the plus button onto an input port of another component should not add a component but should make a connection
