Quota shows minimal usage per conversation but suddenly hits the limit unexpectedly

While using copilot-api with the claude-opus-4-6 model in claude code, each individual
conversation consumes only a fraction of a percent of my quota (less than
0.1% per conversation). However, at some unexpected point, the quota
suddenly jumps to the maximum limit all at once.

@jasper-shijp This repository hasn't been maintained for a long time. Try this: https://github.com/caozhiyuan/copilot-api, run with 'npx @jeffreycao/copilot-api@latest start --verbose'. Logs are located at ~/.local/share/copilot-api/logs, where you can see all your request information. The agent_team model is not supported temporarily (using it will consume a lot of quota). If using subagent, please read the readme and install the claude or opencode plugin.
