Native EVCC support for myStiebel based heat-pumps

Native support of heatpumps from Stiebel Eltron based on the myStiebel API for EVCC

Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently use a custom integration for Home Assistant to control the behavior of the pump (stiebel eltron wwk-i 300) triggering SG-ready controls via dry contacts with espHome

Feel free to open PR. See Viessman for example. Please note that core team won't be working on this.

I'm afraid I don't have the necessary skills doing it but maybe some else that reads this and shares my need will pick this up :-)

As the linked integration uses external cloud only it should be a much better solution to use a local meter combined with our sgready-relay device as custom charger.

@premultiply I agree that local central via SG-Ready is better, however the hurdle for new users is much higher and the actual temperature can only be retrieved via their cloud as the device has no temperature probe that can be read locally
