Please implement NGWAF

As NGWAF is pretty complex configuration that requires syncing the same rules between multiple workspaces (e.g. because bot rules can only be applied in workspaces that have bot management turned on), it'd be very useful if the NGWAF API could actually exposed through this API package. We are already versioning our (Debian) Fastly config in git and would like to also manage the NGWAF rules so that we are aware when and which changes are being made.
