Color picker in menu bar

I think it would be nice to have buttons in the menu bar for text color and highlight, since the tiptap extensions have been added in 0.10 but there is (as far as i know) currently no way to set the colors other than manipulating the HTML by hand.

menu.js already contains support for a few functionalities which are only possible to activate through a custom editor preset, color buttons could be supported like this as well. I'm just not sure if we want to use the <input type="color"> widget (seems to offer too many options) or a custom list of colors (more work).
