Two MegaDepth Validation Sets

Thank you for sharing the code and models.

You have provided MegaDepth val set in MegaDepth(BaseStereoViewDataset) by setting split='val'.
You have also provided MegaDepth_valid(BaseStereoViewDataset) as validation set.

Which validation set is used in the paper? What are the differences between the two valiation set? Are we expecting the same performance on the two validation sets?

Thank you for raising this question. We use MegaDepth with split=’train’ for training. MegaDepth_valid corresponds to MegaDepth1500, a benchmark commonly used in the literature.
