Add CLI option to choose wikibase, sparql endpoint

It would be cool if there was a CLI option rather than a global to select where to import data from.

This would be useful so that users can import from alternative wikibases without having to poke the config. It would also make it easier to import from multiple wikibases in quick succession.

…SPARQL endpoint? I’m not aware of this extension using SPARQL…

I didn't dig for how or when but in extension.json there is:
