Project Summary
The digital world lacks a consistent way to prove authenticity, data provenance, and integrity across systems. While blockchain provides immutability, it does not inherently verify whether the underlying data or identity is authentic. ChaineticDNA addresses this gap by creating a verifiable authenticity and provenance framework built on open standards.
Our protocol introduces the concept of Evolving Signature DNA™, where every verified event — a transaction, certification, identity check, or attestation — generates a ProofLink™, an immutable record anchored on-chain. These ProofLinks accumulate into a ProofIndex™, a dynamic trust score that quantifies authenticity across entities and datasets.
This grant proposal focuses on integrating Filecoin’s decentralized storage layer to host immutable ProofLink receipts and data integrity attestations. By using Filecoin, ChaineticDNA ensures that every authenticity event is securely stored, permanently accessible, and verifiably tied to its origin.

Impact
Today’s Web3 ecosystems face a credibility challenge: data can be stored permanently but not proven authentic. ChaineticDNA turns storage into verifiable trust. By integrating with Filecoin, our framework allows any digital entity or organization to store authenticity proofs alongside their datasets, ensuring that evidence of integrity travels with the data itself.
For the Filecoin ecosystem, this project expands use cases beyond simple storage and retrieval — positioning Filecoin as the foundation for verifiable data provenance and authenticity scoring. Projects leveraging Filecoin will be able to generate and anchor ProofLinks automatically, strengthening confidence in the reliability of hosted content.
If this layer doesn’t exist, the ecosystem risks a future of “permanent misinformation.” By aligning integrity with storage, we can establish Filecoin as the bedrock of trusted permanence for AI training data, research archives, NFTs, and enterprise systems. Success means Filecoin-hosted data will carry a verifiable chain of authenticity — measurable, transparent, and tamper-proof.
