Is anyone working on a QUIC server list?

I've seen traffic on my laptop system for to a t-mobile quit server without my being on a t-mobile site... and in this paper... https://arxiv.org/pdf/2505.05292 there is a demonstration of QUIC Data exfiltration.

My idea is if you wanna block quit you block form the IP address lists.

Just block port 443 UDP and you will block all the QUIC protocol

Thank you. It's not just about blocking the protocol and port (80 included) it's about seeing what's out there.
