@crimBubble the usage docs in docs/ need updating for v2.
- SupplementaryData.pdf
- tutorial_add_annotation.md
- usage_v1.06.pdf
Do you have the raw markdown / latex / whatever for the pdfs?
I think it would be best to move all the docs to markdown so we can serve them as github pages.
