I downloaded the portable version but it doesn't work

Hi, as per the title, I downloaded the portable version from the forum, unfortunately it starts but is visible in resource management, but the card does not appear. Is it perhaps better to install it?

Ciao, scusa ho visto , ma non sono cosi bravo, posso fornirti la versione scaricata, il Sistema Operativo che utilizzo e basta perché dove ho posizionato l'eseguibile portatile non ha nemmeno creato un log. Se vuoi altri dati dovresti gentilmente dirmi come ottenerli.
