Improve Network screen as per top User Survey feedback

Introduction

We aim to target some Network Screen issues from the User Survey feedback.

Scope

While there are a number of sizeable, “high priority” requests, the scope of this work item is small, intending to address only the top pain points for users; bugs and missing features which prevent users from using the screen.
