Unable to see the play button in-front of individual tests

Steps to Reproduce

Please tell us what you were doing and what went wrong
I am unable to run the individual tests after the flutter upgrade, the play button is missing in-front of each test. However, i am able to run all the test via play button present at the file level.

This is a Dart plugin issue instead of Flutter's.
