Simple chat should put the AI response *before* it shows the GenUI

it's a bit confusing to be shown some UI in the response, and then be shown the text response from the AI. It should be the other way around.

this could be a bug in the new Generative AI content generator, I'll try the behavior in Firebase AI Logic
