improvement at Download and Upload

I have faced several issues with speedtest-cli, the main issue is that the download speed and upload speed does not corresponde to real download/upload speed.

Found some places telling that speedtest-cli is completely broken: https://superuser.com/questions/1434610/speedtest-cli-very-slow-although-network-speed-is-fine

I have started to implement the official speedtest cli, but I am facing issues to show the values.

It seems the current speedtest image has issues since it is broken in python.

I had to recompile the image and I am taking speedtest-cli from the current developer.

If someone is interesting, I built a new image to fix the speedtest-cli for isp-checker project.
