💡 [Idea] - Lifecycle events?

Just installed on a small app I have to test drive as light-weight replacement for honeybadger/rollbar.

Would be great to have lifecycle events, we could hook into 1st occurrence, 100th occurrence, on-resolved, or on-reopened, etc. Could trigger APIs or webhooks to external systems like Slack, Campfire, and more for notifications, workflows, anything else.

Not sure if something if this is on the roadmap, but thought I'd add my feature request.
