No sure if this has been fixed in any recent updates.
If you do a search for host_name on https://docs.frappe.io/framework/user/en/basics/site_config you will get it if you use the chrome search page function.
However if you are on another page (or even the same page) and you use Wiki search (Ctrl + k) it does not show up
Is it because its in a table?
