iocage create does not let the user choose components to install

src, for instance, is not required for a production jail, it does not need to be extracted on every creation.

Doc is missing iocage fetch -F base.txz -F lib32.txz option I think

Ah so the user is supposed to iocage fetch the release with the set of files they want first, and create the jails in a second step, that will only use the fetched files?

It is not very straightforward. And wouldn't work if you want some jails to have src but not others, with the same release.
