Some dependencies became outdated and need to be (not trivially) replaced. - `@reach/router` -> `@gatsbyjs/reach-router ` or react router v6 ([see](https://github.com/reach/router/issues/494)) - `gatsby-plugin-gdpr-cookies` is needed at all?
