Comment counter is different between two Grayjay instances

I use harbor to comment in Grayjay. Have it on two devices, but on the new device it shows one comment less. So instead of 100 its 99.

Tried deinstalling and reinstalling. But still shows one comment missing. Meanwhile on main device shows up right amount of comments even after fresh install

Inform me whether this is Polycentric issue or grayjay issue

Harbor application is essentially deprecated since the work is now focused on the Polycentric mobile.

I explained it bad. I meant when opening grayjay on my phone , it shows me lesser comments than when i open it on another device with grayjay.
