Also, where can I download the APK for Harbor on Android? I only see one option for the release APK and that seems to be from the Android Monopoly store (Google Play) and not from a safe and proper location like GitHub/GitLab releases (so Obtainium can be used) or an F-Droid repo.

Harbor is being deprecated for a full Polycentric mobile release
