Frequent updating progress errors

In my working process i often (not every time) get error like this:

This message comes from autoload/ollama/edit.vim:

But it is not clear what causes this exception from your output.
Put this into your ollama config so that we can check the trace:

" debug settings
let g:ollama_debug = 4
" general log file location
let g:ollama_logfile = '/tmp/logs/vim-ollama.log'

There will be this vim-ollama.log which is the vim script part and edit.log from the python script.
