Stubby Manager GUI 0.4.4rc1 not able to use Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1

below are the logging. unable to add other DNS servers on manager gui. also tried to modify the yml file in the installation directory, but manager gui either don't read the config or always overwrite the config. not sure how to modify config when using the manager gui

ComCast DNS server in gui doesn't work either
