Template development for Tapestri data

We expect some Tapestri data. We'll first need to determine whether this means:

• Reuse of an existing sequencing template with no changes, maybe just re-branding/making it available also under the "Tapestri" name.
• Slight to moderate modifications of a current sequencing template (most likely).
• Gather requirements for entirely new template from scratch.

We should look at some references for this method, come up with a prototype, and then discuss with the folks generating this data if the template looks appropriate.

So Tapestri is simply single-cell DNA-seq.
