Layout needs padding on iPhoneXS

As you can see on the screenshot (at the top) there needs to be some padding added to the top. Issue here is that on your profile you cannot (or very diffucult) reach you preferences.

Is there any update on this? Its hard to e.g. star something. Thanks a lot.
