FHIR/Go has outdated dependencies.

I am trying to include the package 'github.com/google/fhir/go' and the latest version seems to be v0.7.4. This release has many outdated dependencies. Is it possible for someone to create a new release? I see that there have been several contributions to the Go codebase over the last few weeks.
