No issue template for non bug or security issues.

Well, I have been using GoogleTest recently and noticed an issue with the formatting of the parameter generator table for the parameterized tests. I went to create a new issue associated with this issue and noticed that I only had two options. Create a bug or a security issue but alas none of those options are related to create an issue associated with document updates.

I was then wondering if the google test team would consider creating a document issue template and maybe even a samples issue template?
