Add an option to rename the "exe" process

### Description

When conducting real time monitoring on the host running independent un-instrumented gvisor instances it would be nice to be able to eyeball which instances consume which resources using general tooling such as htop.

for example something like
`runsc ... -exe-rename=nginx`
