Use roadmap-generator to generate Captain's Log

@flyingzumwalt proposed that we could use this tool to generate the Captain's Log in addition to roadmaps. @nicola started already something here https://github.com/nicola/captain-log but we could combine the efforts and code to one place.

The cool thing about this is that then we would be able to generate an output (doc) for all our PM granularities (weekly, quarterly) from one place, all automated.

Let's explore how we could do this.
