[Bug] ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fastvideo'

Describe the bug

I'm trying to run this on Google Colab. When I try to run the simple example I get the above error. The guide says to make sure that the VSA kernels are installed, but the link provided for that seems to go to a broken website. Any ideas?

Reproduction

Copy and paste the example into a new Google Colab notebook, select an A100 and click Run.

Thanks for the response but now I get this when installing VSA:

/bin/bash: line 1: cd: csrc/attn/video_sparse_attn/: No such file or directory
fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
python3: can't open file '/content/setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Initialize submodules: git submodule update --init --recursive
Then cd into the VSA directory: cd csrc/attn/video_sparse_attn/
