fix migrating DB
support wsuuid (not wsstr)
support default uuid in config and old api
support /api2/insert/
support /api2/update/
fix README.md
testing (in /scripts)
Todo:

parsing Bearer (wsuuid) and check permissions for operations in workspace
get md5 from headers (check for Optimistic Loc)
