How can we save and get our data from local database if phone was offline in our repository ?

my problem is that I want to have an offline application that works online if the network is available and work offline if the phone network is online, and i want to save data for times that the phone network is not available

I think some kind of cached would do. I think this is not implemented on this app so far.
