Refactor VirtualLeafBytes.writeToForHashing() to update MessageDigest directly

Similarly to com.hedera.pbj.runtime.io.buffer.Bytes.writeTo(MessageDigest), VirtualLeafBytes can update MessageDigest directly without creating copies of its internals.
