There's a breaking change in GitHub Actions related to the new cache service, and the docker/build-push-action actions now throw:

ERROR: failed to solve: This legacy service is shutting down, effective April 15, 2025. Migrate to the new service ASAP. For more information: https://gh.io/gha-cache-sunset

I think there is change in GHA cache, from the error logs

#13 exporting to GitHub Actions Cache
#13 preparing build cache for export 0.0s done

it doesn't seem the error comes from a modification that we might have done.

Yeah true there's a new cache mechanism being introduced and the old one is getting shut down. I'll see what I can do and will ping security for this
